2014 an article on blog Diário do Nordeste (taken down later) reported the story in question along with the two pictures, saying the construction workers released them contrary to the company’s orders to hide the fact. The second picture (shown in the video) and also the third one that of a bulky snake are in fact old, popular pictures seen online. The first picture of large snake being held up by a crane in forest is certainly different from what is shown further in the video. It is said that the video was recorded by the construction workers, who chained the anaconda to a crane and later lifted it up to show onlookers. On 1 February 2016 YouTube user Alexandre Flores published the video shown above that shows couple of pictures of large snake lifted by a crane followed by the footage of alleged snake discovered after an explosion was carried out in the Cave of Altamira located in the Brazilian state of Pará.
